My Pony O Review
So is it a YAY or NAY for Pony-O? I’d say a little of both.
A while back, I saw a lot of ads for this simple contraption they call the “Pony-O“.
It’s basically a hair accessory similar to a hair tie.
The difference: it doesn’t stretch, you don’t wrap it around your hair several times, you simply squish the hair in place with it.
The advantage: it gives a fuller looking pony and they claim it stays secure (more on that later).
Of course, I gave it a try.
Take a look at my video and it’ll make more sense (if you’re not familiar with the Pony O).
My Thoughts
Pros:
- it makes my hair appear thicker
- it can help create perky (high pony) styles
- it comes with a nice bag
- it’s low cost
Cons:
- it tends to slide (this might just be a silky hair problem)
- it isn’t workout approved
- it can’t be worn around your wrist 😛
- it’s not conducive to my daily “messy bun” style (scrunchies all the way for that!)
